This is the best Keto app that I've been able to find. It has it all in one package: macro set-up with goal tracking, recipes with pictured step by step instructions , daily food tracking with detailed summary and history range you select, create a shopping list right from the recipes you want to make and a very easy to use interface.
I find it easy to use and the free recipes are easy to follow. But, it would be great if there is also a progress chart that makes the calories or macros or the net carbs be joined with the weight or body fat measurement... so we can track the direct effect of calories or macros or net carbs to the weight or body fat percentage.
I love that it comes with easy to find recipes and quick cooking time that anyone can easily follow along. I've tried a few of the low carb meals on my family but they seem not effective as what expected so I decided to try this .
